With our busy lifestyles, sometimes it’s hard to be active on a consistent basis and this can lead to consecutive days without any exercise at all.
One way you can help yourself stay on track is by logging your workouts (or outdoor activity days) on a monthly calendar. Every time you miss a workout or aren’t active, shade that square in with a red marker. Trust me, when you see three red days glaring back at you, you will know that it’s time to get up and get active!
Make it your goal to never go three days in a row without exercise. This strategy will not only serve as a good reminder that you need to exercise, but it also provides motivation not to get three red strikes in a row!
