Fitness Tip of the Day: Log What You Eat for a Week
Keeping a log of what you eat can be a great educational tool. Doing this will teach you so much about what you eat, when you eat, how your consumption changes over the week, your weaknesses, and what needs to be improved.
This is a great tool because it helps you become conscious of what you are eating and when you are eating. Once you know these types of things and are conscious about them, you can start to improve on them.
Pick one of the things about your consumption that you would like to change and work on that for a week or two until you have it under control and then move on to another weakness. You won’t know exactly what you need to improve until you educate yourself on your own habits!
