Fitness Tip of the Day: Keep Breakfast Basic

Preparing quick and easy meals at breakfast will help make sure that you eat well every morning

As I’ve mentioned before, breakfast is an easy meal to skip. Whether you decide to prepare your breakfast the night before or make it in the morning, I have found that keeping it simple is the best way to ensure you actually eat it every morning.

One easy way to ensure a simple, quality breakfast is to remember to combine quality protein with some carbs. For instance, have a protein shake with some granola, or eggs with some fruit. Basically, keep it simple and keep it quick enough to where it only takes a few minutes to prepare (or can even be eaten on the go).
