We all know that we are supposed to hydrate with plenty of water every day, especially during the summer; the eight glasses of water a day is usually the go-to standard.
But another way to make sure you're getting plenty of water is through your food, which can make up as much as 20 percent of your daily water consumption.
Some great hydrating foods include, cucumbers (96% water), tomatoes (94-95% water), celery (94-95% water), strawberries (92% water) and watermelon (92% water). Add several of these foods to your diet for any easy and healthy way to increase your daily water intake.
