Fitness Tip of the Day: Don't Believe in Defeat
Everyone always says weight loss is 75% nutrition and 25% exercise but they leave out one of the biggest factors; the mental aspect of the entire process.
Sustainable weight loss is a relatively lengthy, arduous journey and if you don’t have the right mindset before you begin then you are likely to fail.
“I don’t believe in defeat” should be your mantra. Fear of failure or quitting should never enter your mind because they can create little cracks that cause you to miss a workout here or there or giving up on your nutritional regime. Picture where you want to be before you start your journey and hold that image the entire time! Forget defeat!
