When it comes to being active, one of the biggest hurdles to overcome is staying interested and engaged. 

When you do the same workout over and over again you get tired and bored with it. Unfortunately, this usually leads people to quit entirely and go back to a sedentary lifestyle.

You need to change it up every so often to revitalize your drive, energy and motivation. Instead of always running on a treadmill, try running outside, hiking, lifting weights, or canoeing; the possibilities are endless.
