Exercise is the key to youthfulness. “When you go to the gym, go with a purpose. Don’t just show up and aimlessly work out. Have a plan and a reason for why you are performing those particular exercises,” Robles suggests. “Write out a clearly defined goal, and do what you must to get closer to this goal. This will increase your chances of adhering to your routine and give you intrinsic motivation to continue it.”
