Exercise Anywhere: A-List Arms Workout
Yes, you can get sculpted and toned (not bulky) arms, by following the right workouts. It’s all about implementing the right moves with consistency.
Follow this A-list arm session with me and soon you’ll be wishing that all of your tops were sleeveless or strapless! The key is consistency and lighter weights with higher reps (or bodyweight/high reps), it’s not just about doing one workout, it’s about doing the right workouts, consistently!
- Timer or stopwatch (I recommend ordering a Gymboss Interval Timer)
- Light Dumbbells (3-8 lbs)
What to Do: Complete 2 sets of 25 reps for each exercise
- Half Circle Arm Sweep
- Bent-over Chest Flies
- Outward Abductors
- Runner Curls
- Tricep Kick Backs
- Oblique Mountain Climbers
Finito!! You did it! Your arms are now stronger than before you started, but it’s not just about dong it once, the key is mixing it up and coming back to it!
