This bootcamp is for women only. You can stay for three, four or seven day and be trained by professionals. The goal is to lose weight and gain mental strength. The groups are small so everyone gets enough (and a lot) personal attention. If you even wanted to push yourself to your physical limit, and possibly beyond, consider this bootcamp. A typical day is: Waking at 5:30 a.m., circuit training at 6; breakfast at 7, iron man drills as 8, then you do bums and tums; followed by boxing and running. This is just before lunch. Then the program includes two-hour trek, netball, assault course, soaking in cold water, dinner and massage.
