Instead, eat colorful vegetables. “The antioxidants found in pretty veggies protect your skin from pollution and radicals that cause aging,” Muhlstein says.

Take Care of Your Skin

It’s important to properly take care of your skin. This means cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing when applicable. Use eye cream to keep the bags and wrinkles from forming around your eyes and never forget to wear sunscreen when out in the sun. Also, next time you are going through your skincare routine, remember to include your chest and your neck. The skin on your neck and chest is just as delicate as the skin on your face.
