Are you ready to feel an upper body burn? Good, because that’s exactly what this workout will get you.
From your biceps and back muscles to your triceps, shoulders and of course, you’re abs too, this series of strength exercises will help you sculpt lean arms and amazing abs.
That’s right; this workout targets your abs and your arms at the same time. Call it killing two birds with one stone, a win-win situation or a best of both worlds workout; it doesn’t matter how you choose to label it, the only thing that matters is that you get it done.
After all, you’ll only see results if you put in the work. That means including this workout in your exercise routine at least two times a week on nonconsecutive days and using weights that challenge your strength for the exercises that require dumbbells.

If you’ve got all that down, then you’re ready to get started. All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells and a bench or sturdy chair.
Perform the prescribed amount of reps for each exercise and complete three sets of each before moving on to the next. Leave 30 seconds of rest in between sets and 1 minute of rest between exercises.
