The 5 Worst Things People Do at the Gym
1. Not wiping down your machine.
You sweat on it, you clean it. There’s a reason why gyms have stations stocked with cleaning supplies (e.g. wet wipes or spray and paper towels) and every member is obligated to use them.
2. Failing to respect personal space.
All the other treadmills are free, but you just had to hop on the one next to me.
3. One word: selfies.
4. Failing to re-rack your weights.
5. Curling in the squat rack.
