There are only 70 days until the 2016 New Year!

If you're like the rest of us, you’re probably starting to think about what your New Year’s resolutions will be and might even feel overwhelmed thinking about the amount of time and energy it will take to accomplish them.

A 2013 Forbes article reported that out of the 40 percent of people who create New Year goals, only eight percent actually achieve them. That’s a pretty small percentage, but it’s also not all that surprising. No doubt, we’ve all set unsuccessful New Year’s resolutions at one point or another.

If you’re serious about following through this year, though, then you’ve come to the right place. This eight-week program will not only help to transform your body, but help change the way you think about your goals for 2016 and beyond. And you can do it all before the end of this year. 


Revelations vs. Resolutions:
What if your resolutions list wasn’t filled with huge life changing goals that you feel overwhelmed by?
