"To make the most of your fitness goals, stay disciplined and avoid the temptation to blow off workouts. Here’s a rule that has worked for me and many other athletes: The later in the day you go without training, the less likely it is to happen. In other words, get that workout done as early as you can. You may also be surprised to find that training early can give you added motivation for whatever else your day has in store, and you can be a better spouse, employee or friend."
