Many times when we go out for a quick bite we always get a huge meal that we know we shouldn’t finish but do anyways. This leaves us feeling stuffed, sleepy and mildly guilty!
But here's a trick: many times you can get the perfect sized portions from the kid’s menu!
On the kid’s menu the food is much cheaper and because of the smaller amount you will consume less calories and eat just enough to feel content! Cheaper bill, perfect portion size, less calories… the kid’s menu might be ideal for you. Don’t feel silly; it will only be between you and the waiter!
