TSA agents are doing their job and you just need to accept that they are rushing and rummaging while trying to be as accurate as possible. That being said, don't leave any valuable items in your luggage - jewelry, laptops and cameras, just to name a few. There is a chance that your bag will require additional screening and, unfortunately, not all TSA agents are trust worthy. Cases have been reported where TSA agents were caught stealing.
