The tower is 1,081 feet high and launches 16 riders at the same time. Pay $39.95 for Unlimited Tower and Rides. Or, if you’re just not into being launched into the air at an elevated height, pay $20 and watch as other individuals ride from the observation deck.

Stratosphere ride: X-Scream

Have you ever heard the expression “live life on the edge?” Well ride X-Scream and you will literally experience life on the edge. The ride resembles a teeter-totter; it’s a ride unlike anything else you have ever seen. The ride literally shoots you over the edge of the Stratosphere Hotel, then it lets you hang out there and view the Vegas strip and skyline from above.

Stratosphere ride: Insanity

Insanity – it’s all in the name. This ride is absolutely insane! A mechanical arm extends 64 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower, over 900 feet in the air and spins you around in the open air. Bonus: Capture incredible views of downtown Las Vegas.

Canyon Blaster

The Canyon Blaster is a thrill ride located at the Circus Circus Hotel-Casino. It’s a roller coaster that zips you through twists and turns, reaching speeds up to 55 mph. Hopefully you like the “adrenaline rush” because the biggest drop is 90 feet! There is a blackout portion of the ride. It gets so dark you will be left wondering what is going to happen next (vegas.com).

The Desperado, Primm

It is located in Primm, Nevada and is one of the tallest roller coasters in the country. Get ready to experience a 225-foot drop down a 55-degree descent. Make sure you visit on a weekend – this ride is currently closed Mondays-Thursdays.
