Paris, France

Although everyone thinks of Paris as the ultimate romantic destination, it’s actually a great place to visit on your own. First and foremost, you have to go check out the Eiffel Tower. Then visit some of Paris’s lovely land marks. The muse d’Orsay, the Notre Dame Cathedram and Musee du Louvre are just a few. Take a peaceful walk through the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. *Bonus: when you get tired of figuring it all out on your own, sign up for a walking tours and food tour. It’s a great way to see beautiful landmarks and enjoy the famous food of France!

Bali, Indonesia

Visit Bali for the ultimate solo traveling experience! If you book your ticket now, you can get there in time for the famous Galungan Festival (Feb 10, 2016)! This is an awesome way to get out there, make new friends and create new experiences. If you miss the festival, no worries! You can go scuba diving and snorkeling in Bali. Well, I hope you like beer because Dublin, Ireland is definitely famous for it! It’s the perfect solo trip to go on if you’re trying to have fun and make some new friends. I mean seriously… just walk into a pub and start talking to the people around you. It is really that easy! If you’re not into drinking check out Dublin’s museums and walking tours. Some attractions to visit: The Little Museum of Dublin, National Botanic Gardens (free entry), Irish Whiskey Museum, Dublin Zoo, Dublin Mountains and Merrion Square park.

Masai Mara, Kenya

If you’re into Safari’s you definitely want to travel to Masai Mara, Kenya. Going solo is a perfect way to make new friends that share the same interests as you!  Join other travelers on safaris! They even have a hot air safari; you are literally in a hot air balloon! When you’re done feeling adventurous check out Masai Mara’s shopping and don’t forget to take pictures with the sausage tree!

There is so much to do in Alaska, making it one of the perfect destinations for a solo getaway. You can do as much as you want, in whatever time you have, with no one holding you back! Things to do: Go Kayaking, rafting, ATV & 4-Wheeling, zip lining, biking, hiking, camping, fishing (freshwater and salt water), dog sledding, bear viewing, skiing, snowmobiling and sightseeing.   *Tip: Don’t leave Alaska without viewing the Northern Lights!

Vancouver, Canada

Vancouver, Canada offers so much to do and so much to explore! Go to Stanley Park, visit the Seawall park and capture some breathtaking views of the city, go to Granville Island, the museum of Anthropology, Vancouver Aquarium, and Queen Elizabeth Park. Take the Rocky Mountaineer Train rail tour, go river rafting, tubing, dolphin and whale watching. Check out Vancouver’s nature and wildlife tours. *Bonus: Take a private SKY Helicopters Inc. tour!

Siem Reap, Cambodia

There is a lot of historical landmarks to see in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Check out the Bayon Temple, Ta Prohm temple, Baphuon Temple Angkor Archeological Park and the Preah Shan temple. Chile

Chile is one of the rare destinations you can actually ski and surf in the same day. Go solo and take a stroll through the Torres del Paine National Park and Rapa Nui National Park. When it’s time to relax visit Anakena Beach on Easter Island. Then when you’re ready for adventure, visit Rano Kau, one of the tree extinct volcanoes on Easter Island. *Tip: Take a hike to the summit of Rano Kau for amazing views.

Iceland

Iceland is full of glaciers and national parks! Make sure you visit the Black Sand Beach, the Dettifoss waterfall, Skaftafell National Park and Thingvellir National Park, the Krafla Lava Fields and Myrdalsjokull Glacier. Learn about their culture and visit the National Museum of Iceland then check out the amazing Solfar (Sun Voyager) Sculpture.

Singapore

Book your tickets fast; you don’t want to miss Singapore’s Thaipusam Festival on January 23, 2016. This is the celebration of different religious festivals. Singapore is famous for their stunning gardens. Some to visit: Singapore Botanic Gardens, Gardens by the Bay and National Orchid Garden. If you’re into museums make sure to check out the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum, The Changi Museum and the Kranji War Memoria. *Tip: Take a trip in the Singapore Cable Car for the most amazing views of Singapore!

San Francisco

First and foremost, if you’re going to San Francisco you need to take a walk to the Golden Gate Bridge and visit Golden Gate Park! Meet some amazing people at the San Francisco Bay, take a wine tour, sightseeing tour and walking tour. Really looking for adventure? Visit Alcatraz! Take a tour through one of the most famous prisons and learn a great deal of history. Don’t forget to pick up a few souvenirs; San Francisco has an enormous amount of gift shops!

Melbourne, Australia

Melbourne, Australia is just absolutely stunning. Make sure you check out the street art, zoo, Rod Laver Arena and Fitzroy Gardens. They are full of incredible museums, check out the Melbourne Museum, National Gallery of Victoria, National Sports Museum and the Immigration Museum.

New York City

New York City is one of the most incredible places to visit alone.  Take a stroll through Central Park and enjoy the peace and quiet. Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art, watch a Broadway play, take a city tour, visit Ground Zero, walk up to the top of the Empire State Building, go ice skating in Bryant Park, visit the Statue of Liberty, watch a sports game at Madison Square Garden and take a walk on the High Line for stunning views.

Visit Fiji and explore the Sawailau Caves.
