Training Tip of the Day: Decide!
"Once you start a lifting routine, commit to see it through to the end—don’t make “rep by rep” decisions. If you're going to mentally torture yourself with every rep, you'll make the experience worse. Remember: You are always in control of your feelings and your experience, so choose to enjoy your workout and then attack it. Decide to keep pushing and get rid of your impulse to sit it out. To gain control over your body, you need to first gain control over your mind, so decide and then execute. Success!"
