Hollywood residents have been obsessed with looking a certain way for as long as movies have existed. Most of the time that means appearing worryingly thin. Actors or actresses have had to change their physique dramatically – for a role or just publicity.

This is often when things get dangerous because these changes often have to occur on short notice, jeopardizing a person’s health.  

Losing weight is highly individual process. What works for one person may not be an effective strategy of another. Unfortunately, this sometimes makes figuring out what will work for you a complicated and frustrating situation.

But while there are many different strategies to choose from, at the end of the day losing weight boils down to a few key factors – eating better, exercising, and drinking a lot of water

The methods that don’t work also have a few common factors – starving, not sleeping enough and not being consistent.
