Ever notice that when your music is playing while you shower you tend to shower longer? Or, you start checking your emails and before you know it you’re running late? This can all be prevented by staying off of your phone in the morning.

Rushing through your morning routine

Stop rushing in the morning, you are beginning your day with unnecessary stress and anxiety. Instead, meditate before you begin your day. Start your day off relaxed and at ease. Bring yourself peace before thinking about your troubles. Beginning your day on the right foot is extremely important; it sets the tone for your day to come.
