Although exercising in the morning does have numerous benefits, if you’re not a morning person, or you just don’t have the time to exercise before work, there is no need to worry; you can still get an effective workout in at night.
According to Misha Breyburg at Six Pack Fitness, “a study conducted at the Clinical Research Center of the University of Chicago found that those who hit the gym after work are more likely to achieve a higher degree of fitness than early bird exercisers.” This is all the more reason to pack your gym bag before work, and get your workout in right after.
Working out at night means fewer crowds and rules. Go ahead and use that treadmill for over 30 minutes, and spend less time waiting for your favorite weight lifting machine.
Let your frustrations out from your long day at work, de-stress and wake up calmer and more energized.
