Our go-to, midday energy boost is usually a cup of coffee or caffeinated tea. Though it probably gives you a good jolt, it is actually doing your body more harm than good and will eventually make you crash.
Drinking too much coffee or caffeine can result in frequent headaches, high blood pressure, difficulty sleeping, and dehydration.
