So you are pressed for time but want to get a serious chest workout in.
What do you do?
Most people get frustrated at the thought of thinking of exercises and how much to do. At least until now…
Welcome to the chest test. This chest workout has been in my family for the last 10 years. My older brother Brian used make me do this workout when I was training for my college wrestling career. I’ll never forget my first time going through it and neither will you.
So what the hell is it?
A1: Feet Elevated Push Ups X30 Reps
A2: Barbell Incline Bench Press X10 Reps
A3: DB Flat Fly’s X10 Reps
How You Do It:
Go through A1-A3 as fast as possible taking no breaks in between
When you finish all of them that is 1 round.
Complete 6 rounds and rest only 1 minute in between rounds.
Regress down with the push ups if needed (see video)
Use a weight that challenges you for 10 Reps, go down if you need in the next round
Keep good form throughout the entire workout
There you go!
Keep this in your back pocket for when you get to the gym and have to “wing” a workout. Use it as a finisher to chest day or as an entire workout and watch your pecs start to show through your shirt!
