Fitness Tip of the Day: Renew Your Wardrobe
As you become more active and start to see results and changes in your body (which takes time so be patient) your clothes will start to fit differently.
In fact, you may have to buy a new wardrobe altogether. If this is the case, make sure to give away your old clothes that are too big. You shouldn’t need them again anyway, right?
By getting rid of your clothes it will let you know that there is no going back to that old lifestyle and if you do, it will cost you a substantial amount of money to buy all new clothes again!
Monetary motivation can be very powerful and help keep you on the right path. Set the mantra of “there is no going back” and watch yourself propel forward!
