Breakfast can play an important role in helping us reach our fitness and health goals.
A good breakfast can help to balance hunger levels throughout the morning and prevent unnecessary snacking before lunch time, but sometimes it's hard to find the time to eat in the morning.
One way to overcome this obstacle is to prepare your breakfast the night before. You can prepare and refrigerate things like omelettes, oatmeal, fruit salads or hard boiled eggs.
Preparing breakfast beforehand means all you have to do is pop out of bed (or drag yourself) and stick it in the microwave the next morning. You can even prepare an entire week’s worth of breakfast foods the Sunday before work! You'll feel more energized through the rest of your day and your body will thank you for the extra few minutes of sleep, too.
