Fitness Tip of the Day: Fuel Your Fitness with Nutritious Snacks
Have you ever started watching a movie or your favorite TV show with a freshly opened bag of chips, and 30 minutes later without knowing you have eaten the entire bag? It happens!
Chips can be addictive; I mean, we all know how hard it is to only eat a few. So instead, it might be a good idea to find a more nutritious replacement for your chip snacking urges.
One alternative is kale chips, which are simple to make. Wash and dry your kale and put it on a cookie sheet. Lightly coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic powder (or a small touch of salt) and cook at 350 degrees for around 20 minutes, or until the kale is crispy.
Next time you have the urge to eat some chips, give this recipe a try instead!
