Forget about the scale and exercise simply for the fun of it

It happens more than you think; people give up on their workout programs because they lose motivation or aren’t seeing the results fast enough. 

Sometimes a mindset change is needed in order to re-spark your motivation and really refocus on why you are living a healthy lifestyle. 

How can you do this? Focus on exercising just for the sake of exercising. Focus on exercising in order to feel better. Focus on exercising to achieve the endorphin rush that accompanies intense exercise! 

Quit focusing on that scale that doesn’t want to budge! When you start to exercise for the sake of exercising, it becomes fun, sustainable and paves the way to a healthy, active life!
