Fitness Tip of the Day: Don't Fear Failure
We have all failed at things throughout our lives. The point is how we respond; do we get back up and learn from it or stay down and quit trying?
Many people who have had a history of battling their weight have failed time and time again and eventually don’t even try anymore, why? Because of fear of failure; they think since it has never worked before, why try now?
You have to keep trying and trying until you find a program, a solution or a coach that works for you. Keep trying and learning and understanding what works for you, set up fail-safes throughout your program (like family members to help support you), remember that sustainable weight loss is a journey, and that you are worth the effort!
Don’t ever be afraid to fail; you learn more about yourself when you fail and get back up, than you do when you easily succeed!
