Brushing your teeth right after eating may aid with weight loss

Recent research has indicated that brushing your teeth after every meal will not only improve your dental hygiene, but that it may also help you lose weight! 

The researchers indicated that brushing your teeth after a meal with minty toothpaste can help induce weight loss by making sugary foods less appealing. The minty flavor causes you to want those types of things less, leading to a smaller consumption of small volume, calorie-dense foods. 

This could be a simple way to cut down on sugary snacking. Either way, at least your breath will smell great!
