This happens more often than you would think and I’m sure at one point or another it has happened to all of us. This "mindset" is basically where you choose to eat something that is sugar-free like a diet or sugar-free soda and because of this you think you can splurge a little in other parts of your diet or consume more of the sugar free product.
This mindset can be so costly because there are a bunch of carbs and other substances that can add to your waistline in these sugar-free products (or even have arduous health effects for that matter). Don’t get caught up in the artificial sweetener mindset!
