If you are like me, when you take an extended vacation you like to get a workout or two in just to stay fresh and active.
Many of us say we will use the hotel’s gym, but when we get there we realize it’s cramped, dirty, or we just don’t feel comfortable in there. One easy solution is to pack along resistance bands.
Resistance bands take-up almost no room in your luggage and they can give you a quick, effective workout. From deltoid raises to bicep curls to squats you can get a fullbody workout right in your hotel room in no time. Combine the resistance bands with your normal bodyweight exercises and you can forget the hotel gym!
