Thunder Ridge offers a great deal and is a quick 24 minute drive for Western Connecticut State University students. Blackout dates are listed on nearly every special rate, no holidays or no weekends, but not at Thunder Ridge. College students ride for $20 starting at 3 p.m. and $15 starting at 5 p.m. every day except Sunday. That's your designated study day.

Greek Peak hosts a college night on Monday where students pay $15 for a night lift ticket. For students from SUNY Cortland, Cornell University and Ithaca College, the mountain is less than a half hour drive.
