America's 12 Best Campgrounds

America's 12 Best Campgrounds

The most recent consumer survey results from GuestRated.com, an online rating system for public and privately owned and operated campgrounds, found that 34 out of about 4,000 U.S. campgrounds received all-around 'A' ratings from consumers in 2014. "If you do the math, that amounts to fewer than one in 100 campgrounds, RV parks and resorts receiving all around 'A' ratings in our consumer surveys," said MacKinnon. What's more: a handful of those campgrounds have repeatedly received 'A' ratings—some six and even seven years in a row. Based on these serial grades, the following campgrounds are considered some of the best in all of America.
