For some, getting a cardio workout in can feel like pulling teeth. It's totally understandable though; some types of exercise just aren't for everyone.
But one option that might not quite feel like cardio is dancing. With group exercise classes like Zumba and SH’BAM having already swept the nation, incorporating cardio into your exercise routine through dance is an easy alternative to workouts like running or cycling.
This quick, up-tempo workout will have you shaking your thing without even realizing you are working your butt off; your blood is pumping and sweat is pouring! It’s a great way to get that cardio in without feeling like you're working.
