Tired of the typical jogging and weight lifting workouts?
Try switching it up a bit with rock climbing! Many gyms have their own rock climbing wall (or I’m sure you can find a wall in your area) that is perfect for beginners to do in a safe environment.
Want a full body workout? Look no further than the climbing wall. The actions of pulling yourself up with your arms and pushing yourself up with your legs in unison will have your muscles burning and your lungs gasping for air (plus it works on your grip as well). Scope out the closest indoor climbing wall if you are a beginner and get a full body workout while having fun and experimenting with something new!
