Breakfast is even more important on a ski day
“Hitting the slopes this weekend? Better make sure you start your day off by eating right. As a skier, it’s important to have a breakfast with enough calories to keep you going throughout the day. Aim for a balance of proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, and antioxidants. I usually eat yogurt and granola with fruit, and I drink a lot of water or fruit juice.”
