We all have our guilty pleasures; for many of us it's chocolate, which is a good thing, because chocolate can actually be healthy for you, especially the dark kind. 

Cocoa in chocolate provides you with some powerful heart-healthy antioxidants and the higher the cocoa content, the healthier the chocolate! Plus it is packed with zinc, manganese, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper and so much more! 

So next time you reach for some chocolate, forget the milk chocolate and grab the dark chocolate bar. As with all things nutrition, just remember to consume in moderation.
