Everyone wants to look and feel young forever. Unfortunately, it’s the way our bodies work. As we get older our faces change and our bodies become weaker.
The truth is that your normal daily routines may actually be enhancing your aging process. For instance, lack of sleep, exposure to too much sun, sitting too much and sleeping with your face down in the pillow can all speed up aging.
If you want to fight the signs of aging it’s important to remember to nourish your body and skin; don’t forget to put on sunscreen, eat healthy high-fat foods, cleanse and moisturize your skin, and go makeup free whenever you can.
