10 Times TV Was (Scarily) Accurate About How Everyone Really Feels About Exercise
Exercise is good for you, everyone knows that. But just because we know it does the body good, doesn’t mean it’s an easy thing to do every day… or even a few times a week. Activities like surfing the web, watching Netflix and eating yummy snacks all require much less effort and, unlike exercise which usually involves some form of slight suffering, provide instant gratification.
Don’t get us wrong, we’re all for living a healthy life and totally believe that putting in the effort to get fit is always worth it. But we also know that if everyone were honest, they’d admit that our favorite TV show characters are the only ones honest enough to acknowledge how we all really feel about exercise.

Is there any way we can make this exercise thing easier?
Bakeries beat the gym any day.
How can I exercise without actually exercising?
How about we reevaluate our beauty standards?
If I’m going to work out, I at least deserve a treat.
Running is actually the worst.
Do the benefits really outweigh the effort, though?
